Your air conditioner turns on, blows cold air for a few minutes, then shuts off before the house feels comfortable. A short time later, it starts again. Do not open the indoor or outdoor unit, handle refrigerant lines, bypass a float switch, or repeatedly turn the system back on when it is freezing or tripping breakers. A temporary restart may not mean the issue is gone.
